While there’s no magic formula for assessing employee engagement, there are ways in which an organization can establish a culture of assessment where tools for implementing and measuring intangibles such as core values, principles, and respect become the norm.


This session will provide discussion topics around how to build a culture of assessment, including how to:


  • Introduce leadership tools that will make these intangibles tangible (aka measurable)
  • Measure change in employee behavior
  • Develop appropriate and measurable performance metrics
